What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express, as well as personal check. There is a 5‐7 business day hold on all checks received. Payment is due in full at time of order and merchandise will not be removed from inventory without payment.

custom orders?

We do accept custom orders and would gladly work with you to determine the perfect custom color combination or size  to suit your needs. Please contact us at 973.707.2081  or info@feltbyRG.com to discuss a custom order.

What is the lead time
for my order?

Our standard lead time for in stock inventory is 14 business days. However, custom orders may take between 6‐8 weeks to be completed and shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We would be happy to ship your purchase internationally. Please contact a felt. studio member at info@feltbyRG.com for a shipping estimate.

How do I return
my order?

Each felt. product is entirely handmade and uniquely detailed. No two pieces are exactly identical. For this reason we will not accept returns or exchanges for any product unless it should arrive damaged.

What if you are
out of stock on an item I would like to purchase?

We have some standard color combinations that we try to always have in stock, however if we are currently out of stock on an item we would be happy to create a custom piece for you.

How do I care for
my felt. pieces?

Our felt. products are fairly simple to care for. Please refer to our Love Your felt. section for exact care and cleaning instructions.
